Sound is one of the fastest ways to restore harmony to the body, mind and spirit.
In this 3 week series we will learn new ways to balance and center ourselves through the transformational power of sound, music, vibration and frequency. One does not have to be a "musician" to enjoy and benefit from this series. This class is well adapted to beginning explorers as well as seasoned practitioners.

About the Facilitator

Rosie Warburton is the founder and director of the Sound Body Wholistic Health Center, Florida's first sound healing center located at 5530 1st Ave N, St. Petersburg. In 1990 she dedicated herself to the study of sound as a healing modality and has taken courses with many pioneers in the exploration of sound as a healing modality. She has studied Sanskrit and is a student and teacher of A Course in Miracles as well. She is a pioneer in the leading edge field of VibroAcoustic Sound Therapy and brings a great enthusiasm, passion and well-rounded body of knowledge to her teaching.
