Introduction to the Emotional Freedom Technique |
Description
The Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is a relatively new discovery that combines two well established sciences. It is, as can best be described, an emotional version of acupuncture wherein the body's meridian points are stimulated by tapping on them with our fingertips. Since emotional stress can contribute to pain, disease and physical ailments, we often find EFT provides astonishing physical relief. All who would seek a deeper understanding of themselves can receive benefit. Individuals who seek to become more open to their Devine Nature.
