Description

This 7-week yoga class is designed for individuals with some physical challenges; it will also work for those who desire a basic introduction to yoga. Class will be gentle, emphasizing breathing, body awareness, stretching, and deep relaxation. Many postures may be done sitting in a chair or with chair support. Each class will end with an experience of Yoga Nidra, a deep form of relaxation.

Minimum required: 6 students. Please bring a yoga or exercise mat and a blanket. The instructor has extra mats and blankets.

About the Facilitator

Linn Sennott is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher with 30 years of study and 10 years of teaching experience. Linn has taught yoga in a wide variety of settings and to diverse groups of students. She enjoys bringing yoga to others with a nurturing and joyful attitude. You will receive her utmost attention and care to help you achieve the maximum from these sessions.
