Paganism in the 21st Century: A Study of Earth-Centered Spirituality |
Description
What is Paganism? Paganism is an Earth Centered spiritual practice which honors the cycles of the year and the seasons of the planet. It teaches personal responsibility and honors all life. It was in the mid 1900's that an ancient form of Earth-Centered spirituality saw a revival which came to be known as Paganism. At one time nearly all the people of Europe followed this tradition, which was simply called the Old Ways!
In this 8-week course we will review the history of Paganism, discuss the practices of modern Pagans, also called Neo-Pagans, of the 21st Century, and look at the future of Neo-Paganism.
